AMBULATORY SURGERY CENTER

This Ambulatory Surgery Center is a single-story, 12,500 SF outpatient surgery center. The goals of the center are to provide and promote quality services in an ever-changing healthcare environment. The purpose is to make available to the residents of North Las Vegas, the best in outpatient surgery. All patients along with their family members encounter a stress-free experience and are treated with the utmost dignity. The approach is to have an environment such that the overall experience and outcomes of all paterials and staff are positive and productively efficient.

The floor plan for the facility is divided into three major areas.  Public areas such as lobby, waiting rooms and public restrooms; semi-restricted areas such as patient pre- and post-op, administrative, waste, etc., and restricted areas consisting of the operating rooms.  The facility is proposed to be situated in such manner that parking will be trouble-free and easily accessible.  Patients will easily identify the center from Martin Luther King Blvd. as well as from signage.  The center will also offer a covered area designed for patient pick-up once they are ready to leave the facility.  This covered area will also provide safe shelter from outside elements. 

 

The design and exterior finishes are harmonious with the rest of the buildings within the North Haven site.
